How do I register my SMA?

If you already have an account, please use your User ID and Password to log in.
  1. Click on the Register tab, enter your SMA ID number, and click Next.
  2. After you have read through the Terms and Conditions, select the I have read and agree to the terms and conditions check box.
  3. Click OK. Your SMA is now registered!
If you do not have an account, please click on Create an Account to be able to Log In

Why can’t I see the Anti-Spam Check symbols?

You must access the SMA Center using Internet Explorer to be able to view the Anti-Spam Check symbols. The Anti-Spam Check symbols do not work in other browsers.

How can I retrieve my password or login information?

If you cannot remember your login or password, click the Forgot Password link and enter your current e-mail address.

Should I create an SMA account for each person involved in SMA registration, management, or renewal for my company?

No. You should create a single account for your company. If SMA management has been transferred to you, please log in to your company’s existing account and edit the account profile to match your name, phone number and e-mail address to ensure you receive all communications for the SMA.
